Responsible for managing, developing, executing and supporting sales operations projects.
Supervises staff who plan and schedule personnel to meet or exceed customer service levels while achieving maximum efficiencies.
Supports development, implementation of labor practices, policies, procedures, and force management systems. Leads, coaches, and supports a team of Operations Specialists responsible for daily force administration, force planning, budget preparation, and analysis.
May include management of call routing systems. Supports development of long and short range plans to support a variety of operator / agent assisted services.
May also include supervising staff who plan and develop long term capacity utilization and support execution of tactical, short term plans to deliver on outbound capacity utilization with internal and external suppliers.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Manage a single project or group of related projects for sales operations from development to implementation phase. Develop and document project scope, plan and timeline.
Collaborate and contribute to development, modification and execution of sales operations projects that affect immediate sales channel operations.
Formulate work prioritization, forecasting, scheduling and coordinating resources within assigned projects.Supervises staff who plan and schedule personnel.
Supports development, implementation of labor practices, policies, procedures, and force management systems. Leads, coaches, and supports a team of Operations Specialists.
Provide oversight and direction to employees in specific work function group. Responsible for direct results of the team while working closely with Principal, Project Management manager to ensure deliverables and overall timelines are aligned.
Sets goals and action plans for own work group; ensures alignment with next level goals. Typical time frame for goals is less than one year.
Ensures work is prioritized consistently with work group and organization goals and objectives. Identifies resource requirements.
Conducts Business operational work, analyzes business processes and develops solutions by coding automation or using data to streamline processes and improve the accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of operations and processes
Key Competencies and Skills :
3 or more years experience. College degree required.Microsoft Tools experienceExcel proficiencyDetail OrientationMake data driven decisionsAbility to prioritize projects and work, often with deadlines and competing interests Sales Support and AdministrationAccess, SQL experience preferred.
