  • You will perform the customer success function of Client in the USA & Mexico
  • Work with top accounts to drive success through initial onboarding, product adoption, retention, and identifying value-add solutions
  • Design, implement and manage customer programs (E2E solutions)
  • Help to develop strong relationships with engineering and business people to create successful customer engagements and grow company revenue.
  • Gather solution requirements. Conduct demos of Company systems and capabilities. Support, test, and operation of configured systems and integration points.
  • Engaging regularly with customers via strategic and operational discussions to evaluate needs and strategic direction.
  • Product training for our customer and partner organizations.
  • Working with our partner ecosystem on sales and business development initiatives.
  • Align with Sales across up-sell and cross-sell.
  • Become the local subject matter expert for all technical and operational topics.
  • Manage the technical and operational implementation of customer projects.
  • Work on our planning process and help shape the strategies and tactics in the area of customer success
  • Bringing your own ideas into a companies’ customer success mix and objectively evaluating their efficacy and success.
  • The expectation to join the current customer success team and to grow your own team as our business continues to grow.
  • Technical background in computer science, engineering, operations research or other related disciplines with 7+ years of experience.
  • Master’s degree preferred.

  • Highly organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
  • A leader and proactive Can Do’ person that is persuasive and has a proven track record driving successful projects.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, with a strong propensity to succeed.
  • Interest in supply chain management or transportation and logistics a big plus!
  • Sr. Business Consultants experience
  • Strong technical background with experience in Pre-sales, DEMOs, etc.
  • People with experience in designing solutions for clients
  • Writing Statement of Work (SOWs)
  • Experience in project management, reporting out in Quarterly Business Reviews, etc.
  • Translating the customer requirements to the internal engineering and data teams
  • We are looking for proactive people who have experience putting together solutions for clients.
  • The right candidate will have experience with multiple technologies and solid experience with CRM's like Salesforce.com.

  • This job is located in the US.
  • Candidate needs to be able to travel nationally and internationally.
