Position Summary
The Construction Section Manager will be part of SSOE’s Mexico’s core leadership team.
Reporting directly to the Mexico Operations Manager, the Construction Section Manager will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of our site team in Leon.
With a staff of 10+ employees, the Construction Section Manager will play an key role in delivering quality projects to our clients, he will oversee all employees, project coordination, and quality control.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
This includes all evaluation and employee relations responsibilities : manpower planning / staffing, hiring, development and promotion.
Implements strategic activities within department to achieve objectives of operations unit and corporate business
Minimum Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree / DIRECT / 8+
OSHA 10 / 30-hour Construction Certificate preferred.
