Eaton’s Vehicles division is currently seeking a DemandSupervisor to join our team. This position is based at our Reynosa facility.
The Demand Supervisor is responsible for managingthe customer order fulfillment process, including customer delivery (OTD),maintaining optimum FG inventory levels (DOH), production scheduling andcontrol, coordinate with Shipping and Trade Compliance team all exportactivities & ensure right performance at the Eaton cross dock in Texas.

Some activities related with the position willbe :
Establish strong working relationships with allinternal and external customers as well as materials functions to ensure aclear understanding of customer requirements and changing demand conditions.
Ensure On time Delivery is within the Reynosaplant accepted level.
Manage the Master schedulers and CustomerService activities to create customer satisfaction at the desired levels.
Participation in all Plant Assessments EBEA,OpA, MMA and actively address all related open action items
Coordinate efforts to maintain Finish goodinventory within the MIN / MAX levels.
Promote proactive customer service where thelocal customer service teams effectively coordinate supply requirements andresolve issues for all group and non-group customers (OEM).
Escalate any potential issue that may affectcustomer weekly shipping schedule.
Coordinate and make sure information for RCCPis provided timely and accurate
Directly responsible for deployment andsuccessful execution of the following activities across the
business : Master scheduling & Customer service, Monthly Sales Projection (WOR).
Participates and leads Lean / ContinuousImprovement initiatives
Identifies efficiencies and cost outopportunities
Manages Outbound Premium Freight
Motivates and coaches employees to maintain ahigh level of satisfaction, productivity and quality through effectivelyutilizing available rewards and recognition channels to encourage and promotedesired behaviors and results.
Effectively confronts employee performance andbehavioral issues. Holds employees accountable with immediate feedback whendesired behaviors and expectations are not being achieved.
Shows empathy towards employee issues byproviding support, information and counseling in appropriate situations actingas an employee advocate by raising issues with management.
Follows through oncommitments made to employees.
Promotes employee development and potentialthrough effective performance management and coaching and ensures thatappropriate and required training is completed for direct reports so that theyhave the necessary skills, knowledge information and tools to do their jobssafely and effectively.
Holds regular development meetings with team members(1 : 1’s, development plans, APEX)
