International Commerce Specialist. Sales.Customer Ops
The International Container Specialist will define,create and document a scalable, robust and best in class container program forthe Americas region customer base along with relative KPIs and executivedashboard.
This role is directly responsible for managing all containerbusiness and identifying potential container business. This includesrelationship management, accurate order processing and fulfillment, andcustomer retention for Industrial and Healthcare customer portfolio with anannual sales value of $20M.
This position is also responsible to verify wonopportunities in Salesforce, validate customer purchase orders and monitor consumptionof said opportunities to provide feedback to sales team.
The InternationalContainer Specialist will report opportunity feasibility, analyze high valueopportunities that close monthly and work with Global Supply Chain to recommendadjustments to meet consumption volume.
This role will collaborate with crossfunctional business partners including Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing,Logistics and Transportation to facilitate a best in class customer experience.
