We are currently seeking a Store Operations Manager who will report to the Store Director in our Moliere store.
You will have the opportunity to oversee and drive the Back-Office Department business goals in line with corporate policies and procedures ensuring a smooth run of the store.
To support the adequate integration and optimization between back-office and front office. To provide process improvement initiatives that are necessary to improve the operational efficiency of the business.
How you will contribute
Manage the good performance of the Back-Office team
Owner of stockroom organization and lead of the stock team
Manage organization of stock in accordance with Gucci directives and procedures (style, size and color)
Ensure receipt, quantities, tagging, deliveries of products, articles, and supplies in a timely manner
Control and supervise transfers and all other operations in a timely manner
Ensure orders and stock levels of stationary, drinks and packaging orders and stock levels
Plan and undertake inventory operations, and be a stakeholder in monitoring loss-prevention and unknown mark-downs
Be the point of contact with the corporate Facility team for all the related issues (refurbishments, set up for special events etc.)
Who you are?
A professional with proven experience in in a similar role at least for 2 years, it will be a plus if you have proven experience in the luxury retail industry, advanced English, Bachelor’s degree required and with strong analytical, interpersonal and communications skills.
