Be a part of a team ofQuality Engineers at the Juarez MX0H site that applies its expertise andknowledge in finding innovative, cost-effective means to improve quality outputand continuous improvements by working with Operations, Engineering, OperationsAME and Sourcing.
You will drive process initiatives that ensures compliancewith customer requirements, regulatory agencies, government regulations andengineering specifications while instilling site accountability for governanceof the Quality System, product acceptance and, product quality.
Projects Transfers between sites
Analyze yields in manufacturing processes and improve yield while reducing scrap
Perform PFMEAs to analyze risks of existing process and for NPIs
Process returns from customers and analyze returns and feedback to engineering
Support COPQ reduction projects
Ability to perform root cause analysis with cross functional teams
Support New Products to manufacturing
Continuous improvement through Built In Quality processes
Coordinate resolution through cross functional teams
Support supervisor on Quality Management systems and Quality Maturity assessment
Ensure deployment of preventive measures are effective
Regulatory reviews with regulatory teams
Cost improvement analysisthrough kaizens
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
2-4 years of experience in Quality engineering - Manufacturing Quality
1-2 years of working knowledge of Quality tools (PFMEA, Ctl Plan, SPC, RCA, 8D, DMAIC)
Green or Black Belt Six Sigma Certification
Testing experience including good knowledge of troubleshooting
Final Assembly and EOLT
SAP experience is preferable
Hands on work ethic
Provide clear and concise communications
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Ability to work independently
Knowledge of six sigma tools
Ability to partner with others on projects
Understanding of quality processes related to manufacturing and customer
