Commerce Cloud is seeking a Trailblazer with a proven track record of delivering high-quality products and delightful user experiences in the enterprise software, B2C Commerce, B2B Commerce, Order Management, or e-commerce industries.
You will drive the Go-To-Market strategy, roadmap and the product plan in partnership with your US based counterparts. You will take primary responsibility for achieving business goals by aligning the partner and customer functionality of the product with local market needs and work with colleagues in product management and other stakeholders to align on a vision and execute on an iterative approach to delivery.
You will be one of the most public faces of Company Commerce Cloud across LATAM and will be responsible for interfacing with SI’s and ISV’s across the region.
Represent Company as a domain and product expert at customer interactions, industry and corporate events, and through community sites and social media.
Partner with Sales leaders around TAM / new market expansion and help drive a cohesive customer story throughout deal supportPartner with Company Industries, SE, Partners, Product, CSG, and Distribution to accelerate industry vertical customers with visionary product demos, industry use cases, and sales playsHelp drive product requirements that foster innovation and meets the need of the LATAM marketServe as a Commerce Cloud evangelist / thought leader in the broader software industry.
Track record of customer success marked by enthusiastic reference customers.Knowledge of the enterprise application software lifecycle.
Experience with both direct and indirect (channel) sales models in enterprise software.Familiarity with SaaS economics.A solid understanding of the Iaas, PaaS, SaaS industries and familiarity with major cloud platforms and ecosystems.
A working knowledge of Scrum, Lean, Agile software development methodologies.Top notch written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership, participating in the sales cycle, and handling sensitive customer escalations.
Experience with matrixed management and team structures.3+ years working in a role with multinational or international responsibilities.
