Intelligent Automation & Artificial Intelligence System Engineer

Principal purpose :

The role will be responsible for assist, implement and support automation across PepsiCo. It will report to IA&AI Manager, who is accountable for the overall planning and delivery of intelligent automation and artificial intelligence agenda.

It will support in the design, development and implementation of IA&AI within Data and Digital Services.

Will help maintain effective working relationships / partnerships with stakeholders, partners and other Council services in relation to Data & Digital Solutions.

The holder of the position will be the backup for his Manager in project meetings where appropriate, for example delivering status reports, updating on delivery plan progress and leading meetings with project stakeholders to resolve issues where required.

Main responsabilities :

  • The post holder will haver completed automation training and development with a minimum of completing Ui Path Foundation training.
  • Support the intelligent Automation Manager to design, development and implementation of new intelligen automation opportunities to support services
  • Assist the intelligent automation Manager to develop and manage the delivery plan fot the Intelligent Automation project.
  • Engage with stakeholders and assist in the prioritazion of the pipeline opportunities based on costs, timeline, benefits and business impacts.

  • Provide technical expertise on the use of intelligence automation software and applications and automation advice to stakeholders and other interested parties, based on a thorough understandinf of the relevant service area's service delivery
  • Review all processes affected by the intelligent Automation changes, ensuring they are efficient, effective, documented, understood and followed by all appropriate staff member
  • Support Manager in the development and delivery of automation training for the relevant services areas
  • Ensure the team proactively engages and works effectively across services boundaries throughout the Council to help enable services to achieve the objectives and broader aims of the Council.
  • Support Manager to identify the future needs for automation in service areas by working closely with service managers and their direct reports to understand current and future business challenges.
  • Responsible for maintaining service area engagements including, identifying the processes for automation, migration of the automated processes into the production environment and managing the live automated processes by providing service areas support for their virtual workers as needed.
  • Qualifications / Requirements

    Experience :

  • Demonstrate a creative and constructive approach to resolving issues and conflict to progress desired outcomes
  • Interpret, analyze and present a range of complex information for a variety of audiencies using appropriate communication channels.
  • Clear and logical decision making based on engagement and consultation with stakeholders and informed by data and isnight form a variety of sources
  • Develop effective working relationships, effective communication channels.
  • Use influencing skills to ensure staff and costumers adopt new appropriate ways of communicating, reporting and working to support the effective adoption of automation
  • In this support role, you are expected to effectively adivise project, orgramme and operational management.
