About the role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to help us further spread Beat’s brand presence and attract new users through exciting and innovative marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate is a self driven,creative person who is constantly looking for ways to improve upon things. As a Senior Marketing Specialist at Beat, you will assist with the various campaign, partnership & creative needs of the team.

You will have the opportunity to gain much more experience in this field and help us spread the word and share something awesome with the rest of the world.

What you'll do day in day out

  • Work closely with the Head of Brand Marketing to plan, create and implement interactive marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with the Regional Marketing team to align on strategies, plans, and messages communicated in the local market
  • Collaborate with multiple teams, including Customer Experience, Fleet Building, and Product team to execute marketing campaigns and projects
  • Manage communications, media, and PR outreach and communication with external agencies
  • Identify and engage with community and brand advocates
  • Analyze marketing initiatives and measure ROI
  • Curate the city's events calendar and strike meaningful partnerships with local events, venues, and brands.
  • What you need to have

  • 4 years of experience in Marketing and Integrated Campaigns
  • English Fluency both written and verbal
  • Robust / active online presence and familiarity with social media (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Wordpress, etc.)
  • Solid writing background; experience blogging and / or editing ( it’s a plus)
  • The perfect mix of creativity and analytical ability
  • Excellent communication skills, the ability to handle multiple projects, competing priorities and adapt to a rapidly growing, dynamic environment
  • Superior organizational skills, integrity and great follow up on tasks
  • Team spirit with a sense of ownership and get things done attitude - self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced and self-directed environment
