Drive the implementation of global business processes across ABB (Divisions, Business Units and countries) in the Strategic Sales, Quotation area (campaign-lead-opportunityquotation management) or Operational Sales area (quotation-configuration-pricingcontract lifecycle and global order management).

Make salesforce.com and selected standard platforms and global processes related to those (e.g. APTTUS, ConfigIT, PROS, SAP S4 Hana) a success across all ABB.

Your responsibilities

  • Leadership Responsible for overall work stream success, together with IS Program Manager and IS work stream leads (CPQ, Global order management).
  • Lead Salesforce.com deployment or operational sales (quotation-configuration-pricing-CLM- global order management) from a business standpoint, defining and tracking rollout plans and ensuring user adoption, business case realization and management support.

  • Owner of specific sub-processes responsible for the common sub-process design. Lead a team of cross-divisional Operational Sales Process Owners (Quotation, Order Management, Pricing, Contract management and Configuration).
  • Review and approve the business requirements and the functional specification (Global and Local).

  • Work with Local Process Owners to ensure local processes are in line with Global defined processes. Manage any proposed change.
  • Facilitate business process implementation across ABB domains.

  • Identify expected benefits in terms of improved collaboration, cross-selling, hit-rate, pipeline visibility, forecast accuracy, increased customer face time, reduced time spent in internal transactions and searching for information and support.
  • Update FACE and operational business case together with Divisions. Implement operational sales key KPI’s together with business to monitor process improvements.

  • Responsible for change management, communication plans and stakeholder management within Group Functions, Divisions, BUs and Countries.
  • Collaborate with senior and middle management across Divisions, Business Units and Countries to ensure buy-in for the global FACE processes and drive their implementation.
  • Collaborate with Operational Sales workstream to ensure smooth integration between Opportunity Management, Quotation, Configuration and Pricing Execution.

    Your background

  • We are looking for a candidate with Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related.
  • At least 6 years of experience in continuous improvement or related areas.
  • Knowledge of SAP and MS Office.
  • Advanced english level.
