Control and monitor all IT items provided by DaiCom such as end user devices, consumables and software licenses to assure a proper availability, renovation, substitution and retirement.
Assure an easy but compliant access to these items for the end user
Manage the stock for end user IT items assuring the availability of IT assets and consumables as forecasted.
Realize inventory counts, retirements etc.
Ensure adequate control regarding stock movements
SW Pool management
Manage the pools for SW licenses
Ensure compliance and budget regarding SW in use
Provide smartphones, tablet PCs and related services as needed and according to DaiCom policies.
Administer the contract(s) with the mobile service provider, incl. devices, renovations etc.
Optimize mobile services contracts regarding service level and cost
Administer the pool of contracts and the assigned physical devices, such as SIM cards, cell-phones, mobile APs as well as the responsible end-user.
Provide support to end-users
Self service platform
Maintain the self-service platform for end-users (IT Shop)
Maintain the content of items and services updated as well as the workflows.
Local IT-Shop administration (e.g. setting up user accounts for key users)
Project coordination :
Collaborate in project planning
Assure delivery of tasks as planned
Provide adequate reporting to assigned sub-projects and tasks
Initiate escalation processes, in a timely mannerQualificationsEducation : Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science or similar
Language(s) : Spanish, English (native or business fluent); German desired
Work Experience : 3+ years IT industry experience
Technical knowledge :
Proficient use of the MS Office Suite
Good knowledge of IT-Shop
Good knowledge of ITIL
Good knowledge regarding the IT Service Industry
Good project management skills (SCRUM preferred)
Basic knowledge of SCCM
Basic knowledge of Active Directory
