Deliver the sales budget and Margins defined for the position in Mexico.
Develop the commercial strategy of corn seeds
Develop the commercial relationship between the key accounts and Syngenta to be the company of choice with the key farmers, negotiate the annual budget with the distributors and support the recovery of the portfolio.
Supervise, coordinate and support the corn seed commercial team to ensure a successful implementation of sales activities in the field and administrative activities (Customer Service, Marketing, Supply, etc.)
Implement the strategy defined by the FC Marketing team.
Promote and strengthen collaboration schemes between Syngenta and key customers
Define sales plans, individual objectives and allocation of growth in all product segments, crop protection, seeds and seed care to each of the vendors under their management.
Monitor the sales of the distributors, the profitability and the action plan defined for each one of them.
Develop the technical support team and CTV's in technical and commercial skills to be a team of excellence and ensure growth
Develop, in coordination with the Crop Manager, Asset Managers and R & D team, the value initiatives and commercial campaigns
Develop the distribution channel to reduce the exposure of Syngenta vs competitors of vegetable seeds and CP
Be a member of CULT to contribute to the team's overall success
Contribute in the development of the territorial strategy and in the commercial projects related to the area.
Support the selection of materials to advance in the different stages of hybrid development
Critical Experience and Knowledge
5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing management
Skills in the management of key accounts : strong knowledge of the needs of customers, structure and drivers of the business
Understanding the competitive environment

Agronomy : knowledge of crop practices and phytosanitary products and vegetable seeds
