The Coca-Cola Company is looking for a Technical Lead who will be accountable for the development and support of top Coca-Cola projects and solutions.

This position will work with a scrum team on software development which could include web, mobile and cloud technologies.

Function Related Activities / Key Responsibilities :

  • Creates an optimal design through an iterative process, aligning the user need with the system requirements and organizational objectives.
  • Undertake structured analysis of technical issues, translating this analysis into technical designs (technical grooming) that describe a solution for the product (end-to-end)
  • Look for opportunities to collaborate and reuse components, communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Leads execution of every new feature, enhancement or capability integration for one or more products
  • Support multiple teams, finding and using best practice and emerging technologies
  • Competent Communicator
  • Effective at navigating people to understand root concerns, issues, and needs
  • Ability to author documentation
  • Ability to present concepts
  • Ability to help businesspeople understand difficult technology concepts
  • Ability to perform formal software analysis and provide written interpretations of findings
  • Required Experience :

  • 7+ years of experience working in Software development with 3+ years of high-level Programming Language Experience (Java, Python, C-Sharp, .
  • NET) and 4+ years of IT Architectural experience

  • D efine the architecture and implement scalable, distributed systems, be familiar with architecture principles and best practices
  • The ability to work with business and technology stakeholders to translate business problems into technical designs and provide guidance about strategy, design patterns, standards, policies and roadmaps statements
  • Fluent in UML and graphical tools to architecture design
  • Acting as a consultant on design and can provide design patterns
  • Experience in Source Control Management
  • Strong experience with design patterns and containers.
  • Proven experience in integration of Software Solutions
  • Strong customer focus with demonstrated push for value & continuous improvement
  • Experience with Cloud Ecosystems such as AWS (desirable), Azure.
  • Agile methodologies experienced practitioner (Scrum and DevOps).
  • Ability to understand and support a code base that another developer or team authored
  • Preferred Experience :

  • Competence with System integration using middleware Tibco, Rabbit MQ, MuleSoft (desirable), Apigee, IBM MQ Series, AWS ApiGateway (desirable).
  • Ability to effectively communicate design trade-offs to a layperson
  • Translates technical concepts between software engineering, delivery management and service management so they are understood by all
  • Experience working with external resources (onshore and offshore)
  • Understanding of secure application coding strategies
  • Able to communicate and collaborate with multi-geographic teams
