Within Global Indirect Procurement, the Compliance and Audit Lead manages third party supplier compliance and continuity, and is accountable for GIP programs such as :

GIP Internal and External Audit
SOX Controls Management

Social and Environmental Responsibility
Anti-Corruption Regulatory Risk
Emerging Risk Assessment and Mitigation Strategy Development
Collaboration with Stakeholders and suppliers to influence, strategize and implement compliance programs that meet regulatory requirements, mitigate risk to HP and elevate supplier compliance with HP’s Supplier Code of Conduct and other relevant standards.
In addition, Compliance and Audit Lead exercises a unique mastery and recognized authority on relevant subject matter knowledge including internal and external end to end audit management, confidently represents GIP policies, processes and tools in the course of internal and external audit fieldwork, defends GIP position with the with the audit teams, makes the right judgement in alignment with GIP Teams when acknowledging an audit issue, tracks all GIP audit issues and drives timely and effective resolution engaging the relevant GIP organizations, presents the audit issue resolution evidence with the Audit Mangers.

Key Responsibilities
Manage Internal and External Audits, including Country, BU / Functions, Programs, Customer, Statutory, Tax and ISO series audits, Director and Executive Expense Audits with no or minimum disruption to other GIP Teams
Represents GIP policies, processes and tools confidently in the course of internal and external audit fieldwork, defends GIP position with the with the audit teams, makes the right judgement in alignment with GIP Teams when acknowledging an audit issue, tracks all GIP audit issues and drives timely and effective resolution engaging the relevant GIP organizations, presents the audit issue resolution evidence with the Audit Mangers, provides monthly audit resolution KPIs to GIP Procurement Data and Analytics, and manages regular audit issue updates with GIP Leadership Team
Serve as GIP representative at the Finance Delegate Leadership Board and shares the updates with GIP Compliance Team and GIP Management
Monitor and share annual Internal Audit Plans
Manage HP Global Corporate Compliance Assessment Program on behalf of GIP in collaboration with HP Global Legal Affairs, Enterprise Risk Management, and Internal Audit to identify emerging risks facing HP and develop mitigation strategies
Manage Business Continuity Plan for GIP organization, develop and update GIP BCP and be GIP liaison with HP Global Resiliency Team
Support the Integrity at HP and Fraud Investigations in close collaboration with HP Ethics and Compliance Office, Global Legal Affairs, HP Security, Internal Audit and other HP Compliance Functions
Manage GIP Global Trade Compliance requirements and serve as GIP liaison with HP Global Trade team
Support supplier Social and Environmental Responsibility Assessments and Responsible Business Alliance certification audits of GIP suppliers in close collaboration with GIP SER Program Manager and HP SER Team
Support supplier Anti-Corruption risk assessment program and requitements in collaboration with GIP Anti-Corruption Program Manager
Serve as GIP representative at the Finance Delegate Leadership Board
Lead a key workstream / program in GIP Compliance Team
Ensure third party supplier compliance and business continuity in the designated area of responsibility
Collaborate, consult, and align with internal and external stakeholders, partners and suppliers to influence, strategize and implement compliance programs
Monitor the regulatory compliance and risk mitigation opportunities in the designated area of responsibility
Promote adherence to HP policies and Integrity at HP
Provide subject matter leadership within GIP and as externally to HP employees, program managers, and policy owners.
Qualifications :

First level university degree; may have advanced university degree.
Typically, 10+ years of experience in procurement or a related function.
