The Customer Service organization is responsible for management of the entire order fulfillment process from order entry.
Sensata is seeking an Order Entry Associate to process customer orders and interact with the customer service team to resolve order fulfillment requirements.
The position will report directly to the Order Entry Supervisor.
Process all Customer orders, changes and reschedules into Oracle, received from the customer.
Follow up of customer portals requirements.
Interact with CSR for order discrepancy resolution.
Validate for accuracy all data entry for 100% quality.
Attend the daily Order Entry reports in order to achieve the goal metrics.
Other responsibilities or projects as assigned by the Order Entry Supervisor.
Data Entry experience preferred. Knowledge of Oracle a plus.
Ability to work with speed and accuracy in production environment.
