Day to Day job Duties Collaborate with the clients, delivery team and delivery leader in the definition and implementation of IAM policies, strategies, procedures, workflows and solution configurations Support the strategic design process to translate business requirements into security compliant processes and solutions, leading with a rapid and innovative lens.

Serve as an IAM SME to help address specific concerns in these modern approaches and help educate the team and clients on such topics.

Evaluate new or emerging products and technologies and provide guidance to the client, Chief Digital Office (CDO) and your delivery team to encourage innovation and efficient approaches.

Help develop efficient practices and procedures, leveraging automation and cloud native functionality to increase resiliency and decrease intervention.

Identify, review and recommend improvements as they relate to the achievement of the clients objectives, including gaps or weaknesses in current approach, to improve their security posture.

Serve as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) and escalation point to help the team deliver best in class cloud services Cultivate trusted partner relationships with the client, account and delivery team to encourage a consistent and open dialogue to uncover issues, challenges and risks.

Participate in cross-functional delivery meetings and working in partnership with the Security CDO to support automation related initiatives.

Develop templates and documentation in alignment with IAM, technical and procedural best practices. Requires an understanding of security frameworks and programs, compliance and regulatory requirements, risk management, expertise with Azure and Microsoft security and broad understanding of cloud technologies and system integration.

Must be comfortable working in a matrixed environment and collaborates well with different organizations and roles, including C-level executives, in a professional manner Basic Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in cybersecurity or information securty Minimum 3 years of experience in Idenbtity and Access Management, focused on Azure AD, Saviynt, or Sailpoint Minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Azure focused on security and compliance, specifically networking,firewalls, Azure Active Directory, etc.

Minimum 1 years of experience supporting professional services sales cycle including proposal development, RFP responses, and account expansion initiatives Nice to Have Azure Security (AZ-500) or Microsoft 365 (MS-500 or MS-900) certified preferred, significant training required.
