Ingredion is hiring an Archives Associate to perform administrative controls over the physical archives of accounting documents of the Ingredion Mexico entities ensuring proper custody and availability.
Participate in the month end and year end closing process as required. Assist in providing proper document support required for internal and external audit processes.

As an Archives Associate, your responsibilities will include :
Integration of the files of all purchase orders received from the cost area for payments of finished product.Electronic generation of the daily journal and check balances of all group companies no later than the third week of the following month.
Save the electronic backups of the financial reports on CD, DVD format of the year that end when financial statements are released.
Compliance in the printing and sending of the information required for the purposes of fiscal reviews, foreign trade or auditing.
Generation of labels for plant and computing assets according to the needs of the tax department and fixed assets.Physical organization of the accounting information generated up to the penultimate month prior to the current month.
Control and safeguard of the accounting-fiscal file of Ingredion México companies both at Guadalajara Oil plant and Third party archives company at Mexico city.
Perforation of the documentation related to weekly payments, no later than 15 days after receiving the information.Coordinate destruction of the files at oil plant when legal custody term ends.

Qualified candidates will have :
Degree in Accounting or Business Administration0-4 years professional experienceDemonstrated ability to understand business processes and articulate business issues as they relate to financial dataProven verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate to various levels within the organization as well as to external customers and vendorsProven proficiency in the use of MS Suite programs (i.
e., Excel, Word, Access, etc.)SAP and BPC Consolidations experience a plus.
