GENERAL SUMMARY :
The ECN Analyst is responsible execute within the operation teams through a smooth Engineering Change implementation at BOM level, as well as physically in the manufacturing site.
Will lead all activities and information related to the change, as well as influence operation teams for a safe execution and validation;
creating proper synergy among team members involved in the process, and through an effective communication of the change.
ECN Analyst will maintain up to date the ECN System and tools.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Part of ECP Committee for execution and material availability
BOM and dependencies management in SAP
Perform checklist for ECN readiness
Validate ECN proper implementation within operation teams
Follow up and influence operation team on possible obsolescence
Manage regular meetings for ECN process
Follow action plan of each team and are completing necessary actions as assigned
Follow up of possible shortages of material due to ECN, communicating to the MRP team to take specific actions
Maintain temporary and permanent ECN databases
Validate ECN tools and process
Manage Deviation cutoff in SAP
Execute ECN activities for special runs (PR / P3 / DR)
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED :
Knowledge in Engineering Change Management Process
Bilingual (English-Spanish) required
Knowledge in MRP
Management of computer packages (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Basic to Medium knowledge of Supply Chain.
Excellent attention to detail, time management and administration skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
