We are currently looking for a passionate operations leader to oversee all our business activities related to supply chain and projects management in Mexico including P&L control of projects, traffic and, logistics, inventory management and procurement, processes development and, operational excellence.

This is a senior position within the company and will work alongside a peer group of motivated regional and local business leaders.


Operations Management

  • Lead the development and implementation of new processes as well as implement regional directives to improve our current products fulfillment.
  • Proactively facilitate customer delivery expectations.

  • Work with the sales team and business managers to plan the products demand according to the current sales opportunities pipeline.
  • Establish a strong communication with our manufacturing plants to improve service, delivery time and get better support when be required.
  • Provide guide and coaching to the supply chain team to meet or exceed the current regional KPIs
  • Oversee supply chain procedures, inventory and distribution of goods. Ensure all inventory metrics are met, including identifying action items to manage all inventory-related issues to full resolution.
  • Provide leadership and manage our project managers team to ensure that we are executing projects on schedule, on budget and, on scope.
  • Work with our financial team to track projects P&L to secure we are keeping our established gross profit.
  • Lead projects kick off meetings and project launch with the customer, commercial team, business leaders and finance team
  • Establish a communication mechanism to give visibility of projects progress
  • Keep, growth and develop new product and services suppliers to secure price competitiveness, quality and availability.
  • People Management

  • Ensure all employees in Operations and Projects comply with quality, procedural and safety awareness
  • Provide leadership and coaching to staff to ensure their activities are consistent with the Company’s goals and their own long-term development and welfare
  • Responsible for the performance management of staff and provide regularly performance review with subordinates
  • Build, coach and develop a world class team, capable of exceeding targets and creating strategic partnerships with customers
  • Lead change to improve organizational effectiveness and acts as a change agent by communicating the enterprise wide changes to the employees and helping them to learn, understand, adjust and grow within the continuous improvement culture
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering or related courses, MBA would be highly valuable
  • At least 8-10 years related experience with at least 2-3 years in a similar capacity
  • Proficient & experience in Supply Chain Inventory Management, Logistics, Procurement and / or Project Execution experience required.
  • Strong understanding of ERP Systems (Oracle), MS Office and other applications (Power BI) for analysis purposes
  • Proven experience in leading effective teams and working with cross functional environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, goal-oriented, self-driven and can work under pressure
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of an organization
  • Creative, innovative, analytical and possessing strong commitment to excellence
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for details
