The Developer Application will be responsible for analyzing medium to complex business problems in order to solve them with an automated solution and will also be responsible for maintenance, enhancements and fixes to the current HR systems.

Implementation of WorkDay.
Analyzing medium to complex business problems in order to solve them with an automated solution.
Maintenance, enhancements and fixes to the current production systems.
Understanding internal clients requirements regarding HR.
Develops and maintains plans outlining steps and timetables for developing, testing and installing applications.
Architects applications that are scalable and meet the needs of the customer.
Analyzes codes to find causes of errors and revises programs.
Here is some of what you’ll need (required) :
4+ years of experience.
Bachelor s degree.
Knowledge of Software systems development life cycle; principles of computer data processing; business system applications;
principles and techniques of software and systems quality assurance and control.
Knowledge in enterprise integrations using web services, SOAP / REST, XML, XSLT, Java, .NET.
Technical and soft skills combination.
Experience with HR programs (Peoplesoft, SAP, Taleo, Workday, etc.)
Business process knowledge in the area of Human Resources.
