Customer Success Specialist is responsible formaintaining and expanding client relationships with strategically important orlarge customers.
This person represents the entire range of company productsand services to assigned customers. They are responsible for training andleading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers’needs and expectations are met by the company.
Assists sales in transitioning the client from anew customer to a long-term account.
Acts as a liaison between Emerson and client toadvance and strengthen client relationships.
Provides remote customer training and furtherseducation efforts for customers.
Periodic regional customer onsite trainings.
Monitors all internal activities in support ofcustomers.
Facilitates open ended and interdepartmentalcommunications regarding account specifics.
Creates and implements ongoing customercommunications that maintain company visibility.
Assists customers with inventory management.
Maintains an accurate sales database.
Close contact with Purchases to maintain thecorrect product inventory for Cargo products.
New customer upload control.
New product introduction Mexico upload.
Document and maintain internal processes and SOPfor Cargo activities.
Work with CSR to assure the correct Orderprocessing and follow up to deliver order to customer.
