  • Identify possible partners and evaluate cross-industry business opportunities for Garena products
  • In charge of the whole communication process with external partners, from sourcing for possible candidate companies to closing the deals
  • Work closely with diverse roles inside companies to initiate the deal content beneficial for both parties
  • Collaborate with the internal finance and legal teams to optimize the deal structure
  • Maintain a deep understanding and current awareness of the esports, gaming and entertainment industry
  • At least 3 years of experience as the marketing or business development roles in the retail industry
  • A natural networker with contacts across agencies and major commercial partners
  • Have the ability to enter negotiations fully informed about internal considerations, knowing how to navigate the situation to best settle differences and, ideally, win concessions
  • Passion about the gaming industry in LATAM is a plus
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
