    MAIN OBJECTIVE

    The maintenance supervisor will be responsible to manage maintenance technical team under his responsibility. The main objective is to maintain the equipment available for the operation and keeping their maintenance up to date through the correct execution of the planned maintenance, corrective maintenance, analyze the root cause and he should supervision all activities their technicians, all activities with our standard of EHS .

    The supervisor must also ensure full compliance with the objectives set by the company and / or Department.

    YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible to execute the preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Supervisor to all activities his technicians.
  • Lead a team working in order to analyses issues at the equipments.
  • Constant communication with the planning leader to document the maintenance, taking into consideration the improve and activities in the GTI.
  • Ensure compliance with the department's KPIs.
  • Involvement in new projects, to ensure the correct selection, installation and commissioning of equipment or processes.
  • Ensure critical spare parts in the warehouse to avoid line stoppages.
  • Implementation and monitoring of the department's 5's program.
  • Determine the technical profile of the team and develop a training program for them.
  • Make sure correct follow up to the safety program.
  • Ensure compliance GET tool. -Follow BRP values and behaviors.
  • Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.
  • Enforce Quality BRP policy.
  • Follow up office vibe results though action plan.
  • YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree : Engineering, Administration, etc.
  • 1-year experience in leading a team
  • Hydraulic
  • Instrumentation
  • BRPMS tools
