The Role

We're looking for our Customer Care Manager that will lead our customer support team. You should have experience customer support, leadership skills constantly improving to data based decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Team training
  • Scheduling team and managing incentives
  • Managing Help Desk Software (Zendesk)
  • Second / Third level support management
  • Hiring
  • Leadership and motivation
  • Data analysis and monitoring
  • KPI Optimization such as Waiting time, Abandoned calls, Quality Assurance, etc.
  • Tech savvy
  • Unlimited vacation
