Structure and implement distribution channelmanagement strategies
Define options for segmentation and evaluationof performance for all lines of business (CP, Seeds)
Development, implementation and evaluation ofcommercial policies that streamline the sales process and reach commercialgoals.
Manage the commercial and channel structure andadapt it to new business models.
Design segmentation schemes according toqualitative and quantitative variables that allow differentiation according tothe value that the channel offers to the Syngenta strategy.
Carry out annual evaluations of channelperformance as well as segmentation.
Coordinate the development of commercialpolicies for each line of business that allow the evaluation and bonus of thechannel according to its performance.
Definition of goals based on historical orcriteria agreed by the commercial committee.

Evaluate the effectiveness of commercialpolicies as well as the benefits offered.
Implement, through the sales force and CustomerService, the offers and benefits of commercial policies.
Evaluate the performance of seasonal agreements,as well as perform the calculation of bonuses in conjunction with Finance.
Keep the structure of the sales force as wellas the channel structure and segmentation updated in systems.
Collaborate with the team of CampaignCoordinators to define the best way to implement strategies by cultivation.
Keep the internal policies and procedures ofthe channel administration updated.
Establish adequate internal controls forchannel management, performance, evaluation and bonuses.
Prepare necessary reports on channelperformance both for the use of the commercial committee team and audits.
Conduct field visits to dealer facilities
Coordinate together with the CRM teamrelationship strategies at different levels of the channel using bothtraditional and digital media.
