Are you excited about Change? We have a fantastic opportunity to join with us! Mondelez International is looking for : Business Development Junior Manager

  • Support business growth by flawlessly delivering projects at an industry competitive profit and zero quality defects, satisfying our clients in the shortest time to market
  • Support business requirements on new business ventures (i2m focal point). Support / guarantee that IIM process is applied thoroughly on any line change within the HUB.
  • PMO for new business cases (not in i2m, e.g : SCR) related to business requirements and / or supply chain requirements within the HUB.

    Main Responsibilities

  • Active participation in the team that transforms business needs into feasible proposals.
  • Ensure conversion product launch preparation and execution via adequate coordination, contingencies and communication.
  • Coordinate cross area efforts among R&D, Engineering, Activity Costing, Planning, Purchasing, & Manufacturing.
  • Assure that projects are delivered on time, within specifications and Capex. Complying with cost, timetable and performance compromises while taking care of commitment of the organization.
  • Maximize plant facilities utilization by managing a balanced harmonization of the manufacturing process and removing complexity from the product portfolio.
  • Seek change opportunity changes so as to enhance plant de-complexity.
  • Look for step-change productivity’s projects.
  • Defines and proposes (in collaboration with PLT and key business stakeholders) the long term development plans of the plant :
  • 1) Overall plant roadmap (product portfolio and technology) 2) Longer-term (1-2 years ahead) productivity programs for the plant

  • Defines and promotes BD capabilities across plant (Business Acumen, Entrepreneurship, Project Leadership and Project management skills).
  • Tracks and evaluate progress in collaboration with the Plant HR team.
  • Execute best-practice leadership structures for the execution of change projects in the plant :
  • Negotiates and agrees with other contributing functions allocation of functional leads and competencies for various change projects
  • Ensures methodical discipline for leading change projects. Leads execution of complex change projects and coaches and supports other project leaders running change projects in the plant as necessary
  • Shares project execution learnings across the network. Keeps up-to-date about project execution experiences in other plants and integrates relevant learnings in own plant.
  • Academic Knowledge

  • Engineering Bachelor’s degree (graduated).
  • Advanced English
  • Project Management Knowledge, desired PM Certification
  • Advanced excel required.
  • Working Knowledge

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management and manufacturing, know-how and experience in food processes and products
  • Knowledge in both technical and financial affairs
  • Experience in start-up
  • Food or gmp’s regulated industry,
  • ISO and Lean Six Sigma and IMM (Initiative Innovation Management) knowledge desired
