About the position :
Sanmina is looking for a Corporate Training Coordinator & Performance Improvement Engineer to provide technical training and support for performance improvement projects and to manage the corporate Quality OLE training platform.
The candidate must have industry experience in electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly and system integration. We are looking for a candidate with a track record of success in performance improvement project management, including application of advanced statistical tools.
We are looking for hands on leader, who will support the company’s rapidly growing business environment and work directly with the plants.
Experience working in a plant environment, with quality and manufacturing hands on exposure is a must.
The responsibilities of this position will include, but may not be limited to :
Assist with training presentation preparation.
Manage the corporate Quality OLE training platform.
Expand translated versions of corporate quality training modules.
Implement a corporate Sanmina University.
Support operations with continuous improvement efforts, Lean and Six Sigma projects.
Support plants as necessary with root cause analysis, 8D, problem solving, lessons learned while driving consistent improvements.
Conduct Lean & Six Sigma training at all levels.
To be considered for this position, a candidate will posses and demonstrate the following :
Quality Management and Quality Control knowledge and experience in PCBA and mechanical system integration.
