Position Purpose

  • Oversee the roll out of a business intelligence tool for LATAM and ensure it is executed according to plan.
  • Develop and deploy reports as per business needs in LATAM (ensuring data accuracy and stability).
  • Ensure reports are delivered on a timely manner.
  • Major / Key Accountabilities

  • Oversee the roll out of a business intelligence tool for LATAM and ensure it is executed according to plan.
  • Partner with IT teams in order to connect current CHEP systems with new reporting tool and ensure flawlessly deployment.
  • Develop and deploy reports as per business needs in LATAM.
  • Monitor reports are delivered on a timely manner.
  • Ensure stability of the reporting platform.
  • Support improvement initiatives & projects.
  • Ensure maintenance of Service relevant data in CHEP systems. Monitor own completion of workload and meet objectives.
  • Work closely with all internal stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements in visual dashboards to support strategy.
  • Ensure data quality and leverage of best practices in order to improve service to business stakeholders.
  • Standardize reports across LATAM.
  • Create documentation about reports created in order to transition the to the business.
  • Measures

  • Deployment of the BI tool as per plan.
  • Ensure downtime for BI platform is less than 5%.
  • Ensure reports created cover business needs.
  • Ensure reports are delivered on a timely manner.

  • Qualifications

    Business degree / technology related degree or a minimum of 4 years working experience in a similar role

    Experience

  • Previous reporting / business intelligence experience.
  • Worked with measures and KPIs.
  • Working on remote teams.
  • Proved experience with Project Management (manage priorities, resource Allocation, standardization, automation, troubleshooting and mid / long term planning).
  • Experience with process automation and workload reduction.
  • Experience implementing new software.
  • Experience with change management.
  • Experience with software development (programming).
  • Databases knowledge (SQL).
  • Skills and Knowledge

  • Negotiation skills.
  • Strong Leadership experience necessary.
  • Strong Service orientation.
  • Strong analytic skills.
  • Very good customer orientated communication skills.
  • Must be extremely flexible and able to work under pressure.
