Key Responsibilities :
As a functional consultant lead Sourcing / Procurement function in SAP Deployment, Enhancement and transition projects
Responsible for business consulting, system configuration to support business requirements, design / configure different upstream and downstream Procurement business scenarios.
Conduct customer workshops with global stakeholders to understand end to end business process requirements, Facilitate and drive new solutioning design of the best possible solution in Procurement and present the same for business buy-in.
Responsible for mapping the business needs to the Honeywell standard ERP solution for Sourcing / Procurement and when no such solution exists, being able to independently design the solution with oversight from COE functional architect, as needed.
Design and develop functional specifications with good understanding functional areas within ERP systems and support the technical teams for technical specification development, build and testing.
Willingness to travel as per the project requirements; 30% domestic and international
YOU MUST HAVE :
5+ years of experience in implementation of Procurement solutions on SAP ECC.
Implementation experience of minimum two end to end SAP life cycle implementation projects for MNC.
Strong hands on experience in configuring complex business process scenarios in Sourcing and procurement including Intra / Inter company , Subcontracting, Consignment, Special pricing, Corporate level Release strategies and workflow.
Good knowledge and experience of cross functional integration in the area of Sales & distribution, Logistics, Production, Finance and costing.
WE VALUE :
Hands-on on experience on Supply Chain Master Data Management and Data Governance i.e Material master, Vendor Master, Info records, source list, Schedule agreements, contracts etc.
Basic knowledge of System Support processes, SAP ABAP, SAP Solution manager and SAP SRM and Supplier self service portal (SUS)
Good knowledge of interface technologies and BI / BW reporting.
Good Knowledge of MRP and Production Planning processes.
Self-motivated to keep abreast of the technology, setting high standards on performance
Experience of working in international corporations, in industries like Honeywell
Prior experience in procurement functional roles as a buyer, Buyer-Planner, commodity manager etc .
Understand end to end Supply Chain business processes and solution the overall Sourcing / Procurement process with automation of processes, reduce cycle times and improve productivity.
Experience with Six Sigma, Lean / HOS, Agile techniques preferred
Ability to work independently in a matrix environment and with multi-cultural global teams
Excellent time management, organizational, communication and multi-tasking skills
Experience in Invoice Management solution . e.g Dolphin
Experience in SAP APO, SAAS MRP / Production Planning tools.
Experience deploying any other cloud-based procurement suite like Ivalua, Ariba, Coupa etc.
