What will you do?

  • Analyze and present data in a way that contributes to the decision-making process : design analyze, explore, research, experiment, communicate results, and insights.
  • Learn the tool-set required to be a successful contributor to the company strategy design.
  • Support and follow up on the implementation of processes and projects.
  • Interact with other areas and stakeholders (get things done).
  • Propose solutions to problems based on data.
  • Generate the data necessary to understand users' behavior.
  • Come up with strategies to lower down user acquisition costs and improve retention.
  • Identify and propose channels to grow our customer base, always driven by cost-efficiency.
  • What will you need?

  • Industrial Engineer degree or business school (Bachelor or Master).
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Data-driven and problem-solving abilities.
  • Desirable experience in high-performance environments.
  • To be a Fast learner and tech lover.
  • Interest in continuously developing yourself and learning new skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • To be Customer-focused .
