Job Description
The person in this role will own system level validation activities for platform and commercial Intel Data Center systems.
The role requires broad understanding of multiple datacenter disciplines. The job will demand interaction with Architecture, Design, and Silicon Validation teams to analyze requirements and improve product test content.
This role in specific will require solid capabilities for program management and solid communication in diverse response team forums.

Qualifications
Looking for a skillful and talented Senior Validation Engineer. In this position, you will be working as a member of the DEA Platform Validation Team responsible for ensuring the reference and commercial server platforms meet our customer quality expectations.
You will be a member of the platform validation in charge of the test strategy, test planning, execution and reporting. You will make recommendations to the business on release readiness.
Candidate will have a minimum of a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science. Master's Degree is preferred.
Have an extensive knowledge of PC architecture and validation.
Operating systems and FW understanding experience is a must.
A minimum of 3 years in System Validation experience is required.
Strong debug capabilities of multiple system areas.
Experience leading engineering teams is required.
Should have good communications skills in English, oral and written.
Experience working with different Geos is a must.
Candidate should have the drive and disposition to work as the project demands, understanding that there will be valleys and peaks of work.
Candidate should have a good logical solving problem skills, have strong team work skills and a desire to participate and create a good working environment.
