Undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires.

Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles. Serving as a go-between for

candidates and hiring managers. Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end.

Oversees immigration programs and assists foreign nationals with immigration procedures. Ensures all

paperwork, including applications for immigration and visas are completed accurately and in a timely

manner. Corporate Visits Control and general travel organization.


  • Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
  • Create and publish job ads in various portals
  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
  • Screen resumes and job applications
  • Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
  • Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)
  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
  • Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
  • Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
  • Host and participate in job fairs
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
  • Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning
  • letters

  • Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and
  • regulations

  • Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records
  • Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities
  • Collaborating with outside vendors, upper management and employees to maintain CSR standards
  • conEscrituraed by authorities

  • Evaluating employee performance and appraising their pay scale accordingly
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with the largest job sites
  • Knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English / Spanish)
  • Advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing, communication tools and payroll and
  • human resources software

  • Leadership and coaching skills
  • Strong empathy and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and analytically driven
  • Coordinate Corporate Visits (transportation, hotel reservations, Immigration Permits, etc.)
  • Coordination of Travel for all employees.
