Undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires.
Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles. Serving as a go-between for
candidates and hiring managers. Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end.
Oversees immigration programs and assists foreign nationals with immigration procedures. Ensures all
paperwork, including applications for immigration and visas are completed accurately and in a timely
manner. Corporate Visits Control and general travel organization.
Responsibilities
Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
Create and publish job ads in various portals
Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
Screen resumes and job applications
Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)
Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
Host and participate in job fairs
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning
letters
Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and
regulations
Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records
Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities
Collaborating with outside vendors, upper management and employees to maintain CSR standards

Evaluating employee performance and appraising their pay scale accordingly
Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role
Hands-on experience with the largest job sites
Knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English / Spanish)
Advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing, communication tools and payroll and
human resources software
Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking
Leadership and coaching skills
Strong empathy and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Attention to detail and analytically driven
Coordinate Corporate Visits (transportation, hotel reservations, Immigration Permits, etc.)
Coordination of Travel for all employees.
