Lenovo Data Center Group (DCG) WW Marketing is looking for a self-starter withexperience building demand generation campaigns and leading engagements withexternal agencies.

This strategic role has the unique privilege ofcollaborating with cross functional teams and alliance partners to craftcompelling messages and to develop go-to-market plans to promote Lenovo’s datacenter solutions.

This is an exciting time for marketing within Lenovo DCG. We are looking forthe candidate who is energized by conceptualizing and executing multi-channeldemand generation campaigns and wants to play a pivotal role in a growingmarketing organization.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop a comprehensive lead generation plan across multiple channels todrive sales and revenue growth for the company
  • Work with alliance partner, external agency and product segment teams tooptimize spend, creative, and messaging amongst lead generation vehicles
  • Build demand generation plan to increase new customer acquisition
  • Create highly engaging, strategically focused campaigns that spark interestfrom our target audience
  • Development of marketing success criteria, with tracking & readout againstgoals done on a monthly basis
  • Translate business objectives into marketing tactics
  • Lead marketing test strategies and methodologies to identify attributes ofsuccessful offers, content types, and delivery tactics, and when required,refine strategies based upon findings
  • Oversee and QA all marketing work streams to ensure all elements of thecampaign are accurate prior to launch
  • Partner with the tele-sales organization to facilitate customer acquisitionand opportunity identification
  • Evaluate funnel conversion, repeat and penetration rates, and engagementmetrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement of metrics
  • Participate in defining requirements for CRM infrastructure and campaignreporting

  • Position Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
  • 3 - 5 years experience and proven track record executing successful B2Bdirect marketing programs
  • Strong organizational, project management, analytical and quantitativeskills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Background in marketing principles, and experience with database management,email marketing, marketing automation systems, and CRM systems, preferred
  • Strong collaborative experience in teaming with Sales to drive results
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Paid media experience
  • Strong attention to detail and results oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to be a team player
  • The ideal candidate would be a resourceful, self-motivated individualwilling to be flexible and adapt to changing requirements when needed
  • Candidates must have strong critical-thinking and problem solving skills
