Your team

The Enterprise Business Intelligence (EBI) team is on a mission to empower information producers with analytic tools, competencies and communities that deliver actionable insight to corporate decision makers.

The Enterprise Automation & Analytics team, within the Enterprise Business Intelligence (EBI) team, is responsible for enabling this organization to operate with productivity and efficiency by automating processes and tasks, and by applying analytics to guarantee operational excellence within our services, improve customer and employee experience.

These objectives can be met using a mix of strategies, tools and technologies such Business Process Management, Automated Decision Making, Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

Key criteria to be met by the candidate :

The Ability to Self-Manage . Must be focused, self-directed, self-motivated and good at managing the work.

Curiosity & Love of Learning , to always try to find the best tool for each situation, the person should be able to quickly ramp into a new toolset or language.

Things keep changing so fast in this area of technology, thus the ability to continue learning is crucial.

Ability to be a Good Team Member . The Solutions Manager will also be part of a self-managed Agile Team and will work side-by-side with Product Owner, other developers, other Agile teams, and a constant flow of feedback and collaboration is required.

Responsibilities :

Responsible for driving the strategy and processes to enable the automated seamless solutions, based on good understanding of the organization s challenges

Lead the execution of prototypes that can demonstrate value generated as outcome of a new solution

Understand problems that affect Operational Excellence in the IT Enterprise Applications organization, to design automated solutions to prevent, proactively detect or fix issues

Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key areas of the organization where automation, ML, NLP and other AI solutions can drive significant business benefit

Work with stakeholders to develop and improve the strategy and governance for the broader organizational intelligent automation program and goals

Disseminate continuous improvement mindset across the team and maintain a healthy environment of continuous learning

Adhere to and promote all EBI and IT processes related to Incident Management, Change Management, Project Management and communication

Skills & Qualifications :

Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics or related field and relevant technical experience of minimum 6 years

Experience leading or managing solutions teams, preferably in DevOps environment

Lean-Agile mindset, focused on delivering value to customers

Demonstrated functional knowledge of RPA, AI, ML and preferred experience with automation platforms and frameworks

Demonstrated understanding of analytics technologies such Hadoop, Spark, SQL / NoSQL databases, Docker / Kubernetes, BI tools, etc.

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with an aptitude for learning new and rapidly evolving technologies in the Automation and Analytics space

Strong oral and written English communication skills, including presentation skills

Ability to work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced environment

Proactive and supportive self-starter, helping teams and colleagues

Enjoys to mentor junior staff

Knowledge of cloud applications and environments (understanding of services available in AWS, Microsoft Azure)
