Mission

Describe the principal mission of the position

Define and implement Regional Operation Industrial strategy

Optimize the industrial footprint of the Region

Manage, within the Region, sites productivities, TRS, improvement plan

Develop the required industrial expertise within the Region

Deploy IPROM and all related Methodologies

Lead cross plant / PG automation and plant 4.0 implementation

Industrial projects :

Be responsible of the new sites launches on industrial stand point

Support future sites’ to start of operation to full ram up deploying Mother / Daughter Plant supports and actions

Define and implement industrialization scenarios to comply with local market conditions

Define and implement automation and paperless factory within the Region

Capacities :

Be responsible of the follow up of capacity analysis in each site, using Critical Capacity Tool, and control coherence within the Region with PG’s support

Propose, manage with the sites directors the action plan on capacities and guarantee the respect of QCD

Challenge industrial projects on efficiency, standards, cost and timing to ensure competitiveness

Organise and support transfers of machines in accordance with define plan and IAR

Ensure that Global capacity of the Region is used

CAA process :

Lead the industrial inputs in the CAA process and standardize the process

Challenge solutions, standards, costs and planning to ensure the competitiveness

Be responsible of industrial in the CAA review meeting

Ensure consistency of the Industrial Strategy when Multi sites Program / Platform

Optimize re-use of equipment

Competence and support :

Organise support to other sites in the region with the technical managers

Manage demands of support from other regions

Manage IPROM deployment and Lead regional IVC

Make or buy :

Drive with sites the analysis for decision at RO and PG’s level : ie, injection molding,

Efficiency :

Master site industrial performance and deliveries, HSSE, DL, quality and assets utilization

Coach, challenge, pilot and support by OJT, in coherence with PG’s and SSC, sites on :

DL efficiency / DLPI / Productivity

TRS / TRP, through ERIM deployment

DNQC actions plan

Premium Freights reduction

Inventory lead time reduction

SR OES / OEM

Organise and manage specific action plan and support to sites in difficulties on these
