Head of Field Marketing MX-Central America

We are looking for an individual that is well versed in the tech services landscape across Mexico, has proven experience creating impactful and powerful programs and content, and is looking to be a core part of the team in Mexico helping power the growth.

You need to be a self-starter that can research any topic and create impactful content, develop POVs, and establish thought leadership.

You have a deep sense of the sales process, marketing funnel, audiences, and personas and are able to create content that is personalized to the audience and results in high engagement and accelerated conversion.

Also would need to support / guide the recruitment team branding strategy as we ramp up hiring across the region.

Required Skills

  • Support end-to-end programs for BU products and offerings
  • Help define and drive a strategic marketing mix to deliver personalized experiences
  • Leverage verticalized content to fuel field marketing programs by segment
  • Research and discover channels to target high profile executives
  • Partner with media mix planners to leverage effective channels to reach targets
  • Strategize, design and drive execution of end-to-end campaign flow
  • Set benchmark goals for ongoing field marketing programs
  • Supports lead management for global campaigns and field programs
  • Actively monitor all campaign analytics, build appropriate reporting on campaign performance
  • Communicate results effectively to stakeholders with recommended actions for optimization
  • Works closely and collaboratively withCognizant production process (brand, editorial, design, agencies / freelancers)to produce content
  • Self-starter, high energy, self-motivated, positive, engaging,proactive, and able to relate well to a diverse audience
  • Bring a collegial, collaborative attitude and approach to workingclosely with leaders across the business unit and across functions
  • Define the marketing / branding strategy for Mexico and Central America
  • Align the budget required to execute the marketing / branding strategy
  • Execute the branding strategy to enable the talent acquisition team
  • Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications,Journalism, English or related areas

    5+ years of proven history creatingmarketing programs in Mexico

    Multi-lingual (Spanish and Englishrequired)

    B2B experience preferred

    Experience with martech stack includingSalesforce and Pardot (or similar marketing automation) essential; experiencewith emerging tools like 6sense preferred
