JOB SUMMARY :
Responsibleto make sure proper GBU Strategy implementation ( at Product level ) in Mexico throughstrong team work with functional areas like Marketing, Finance, Operations,Regulatory, Service, Legal & Compliance in order to achieve monthly,quarterly & annual sales targets as well as contribution margins.
Strategyimplementation must include proper Indirect Sales management ( Business ) according to Hill-Rom standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES : Other duties may be assigned :
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annualsales targets as well as contribution margins.
Implement proper indirect sales channelfor their respective GBU aligned with Pearl Project (Including monthlyoperations review with Key Business Partners) to make sure sales objectives.
Implement personal and business partnerstraining plans in coordination with Marketing to master GBU knowledge andprovide world class support to end users and business partners to guaranteesales objectives
Properly (Quality) up date of salesforce tool aligned with Hill-Room priorities
Properly (Quality ) up dated info forS&OP process aligned with Hill-Rom priorities
Focus agendas activities with end users,market segments and business partners through strong alignment with Marketingand management team to make sure time will be invested in Key Customers only.
Master agenda management
Provide continuous quality market infoto Marketing in order to improve our ability to understand and satisfy customerneeds (Include tenders information )
Provide high level of customersatisfaction based on account management concept & political maps toaccounts assigned including business partners.
Implement One Hill-Rom Strategyfor Key Accounts Assigned )
Make sure proper price strategy isimplemented in their GBU based on strong knowledge of end users behaviors andneeds, aligned with Marketing teams and business partners.
Guide company’s sales and marketingefforts, sales thru Distributors, Projects, Packages.
Guarantee a proper tender process followup with their respective Business Partners including technical &administrative support
Guarantee a proper follow up andimplementation of Hill-Rom policies including Business Partners interactions,Compliance, Travel & Prices
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS :
8+ years of experience.
Least 5 years of experience in medicalproducts sales.
Experience selling to end customers andmedical institutions in Mexico
Bio-medical experience a plus
Strong written and verbal communicationskills are a must
Results-driven management, both on shortand long term goals.
Excellent interpersonal skills with anability to interact with people from different cities and varied social andeconomic levels
Strong individual capable of managingdifficult people and situations
Proficient on MS Word, MS Excel, MSPower Point and Lotus Notes
Empowerment. Ability to make thingshappens with out excuses
Excellent communication, coordinationand facilitation skills
Highly skilled at time management
Excellent interpersonal skills andability to interact and influence effectively at all levels of the organizationinternal and external
Fully bilingual : English / Spanish
Availability to travel more than 50% ofthe time
Bachelor Administration / Science, orrelated
100% fluent in Spanish and English
