IT Group Manager
Manages business planning initiatives for multiple cross discipline teams or functional area (depending on size of business) to include people management, budgeting and planning.

Work with the Community of Practice Lead to create a curriculum that consistently expands technologies and techniques within the Digital team.

Ensures managed areas are defining and implementing systems that are aligned with business strategy and goals.
Bachelor degree Preferred Bachelor degree in Computer engineering, information technology or related (preferred), also can be considered an equivalent experience
Specialization- Software engineering, agile software
Desirable Technical Certification in Security.
Development practices (Unit testing, Test driven development or CI / CD)
Experience 6 10 years in technology management
8+ year’s full stack technology management experience leading engineers and QA.
3+ years’ experience working with development agile teams in different business units.
Preferred experience launching and deploying innovation lab programs.
Strong communication skills.
Team player and self-motivated for success.
Passion for growing own skills, tackling interesting work and challenging problems.
Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate teams through effective communication and established credibility.
Excellent self-management and organization skills.
Preferred 10+ year’s strong technical experience in web and mobile app technologies (retail or banking industry experience a plus).
Strong understanding of JSON REST and XML Web Services.
Strong experience using Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
