specific Quality requirements by conducting the necessary audits and assessments and determine system effectiveness.Develop and implement a Quality organizational structure capable of supporting the strategic initiatives and lead the efforts to integrate quality into the development of short and long-
range business plans.Manage the development, implementation, and use of the Quality System Reports to all levels of the organization (Region)Lead the sharing of best / transferable practices across the Region for the Quality System function.
Develop, maintain, improve and support the roll-out of plant-wide audit systems for products, system compliance in cooperation with SBU Corporate Quality Systems Lead.
Support plants during pilot or trial runs of new standardsAudit quality, legal compliance, technical standards of the product, process and material.
Coordinate external plant audits by the customer, regional and external certification bodies.Support the regional Fresh-Eyes-
Audit TeamDrives continuous improvement in quality systems, auditing, implementation of systems improvements including process control and processes capability improvements to ensure performance to system and product requirements.
Aptitudes requeridasKnowledge / understanding of conducting quality systems audits, desired certification as a lead auditor according to latest version of IATF16949.
Knowledge / understanding of process audits (VDA, CQI, and customer requirements) control plans and PFMEA development.Knowledge / understanding of plant operations and processes, value stream flow, plant operational systems and policies.
Excellent verbal and written communication, time management and prioritization skills.PC literate : Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
Experiencia requeridaBachelor's degree in Engineering or Science preferred.Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in manufacturing with in-
depth knowledge of process and quality control systems.Worked in multiple manufacturing processes (i.e. Welding, Assembly, Bending, etc.
