The Financial Director will lead all Financial costing aspects of the three Mexican sites (Queretaro, Juarez 1 and Juarez 2)
Lead all Business cases of Mexicain plants (new product, capacity,...). Will have to make sure to closely monitor the business case commitments, report and mitigate any deviation
Lead cost optimization journey (of all Vehicle manufacturing sites). Lead the governance toward cost optimization of all N-
A sites (including Valcourt). Identify and control sources of deviations that prevent the achievement of cost reduction targets.
Lead Manufacturing Capex of all plants (including Valcourt). Make sure that the CAPEX investments are closely monitor, that what we have in the books represents what we have physically and that we are investing in the right things (ROI, NPV)
Lead Inventory accuracy in all plants (including Valcourt). Make sure that the RM inventory in the books represents what we have physically.
Make sur that the cycle count results are improving in all N-A plants.
Consolidated and lead manufacturing Governance (month-end, forecast, budget,...)
Business partner of the Site directors and Vice-President of the North-American operations
In charge of the Finance teams in Mexico (Juarez and Queretaro) and role of influence in Valcourt.
Build a strong Finance team and lead Finance transformation in Mexican sites
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting
Possess five to eight years of experience in management Finance position with experience in manufacturing cost accounting
Hold a CPA title or similar title
Strong oral and written communication skills in English
Speaking French would be an asset
Being a leader, and a team player, to inspire your team to overachieve
Business and financial acumen to support decisions as a business partner
Problem solving expertise would be an asset
Capacity to summarize information into executive presentations
Willingness to learn and constantly improve
