About the role

We are seeking a sharp, dynamic and organized Driver Operations Lead to manage our Drivers teams. This person should be a strong leader, able to allocate the resources, take decisions fast and without hesitation, following the guidelines and rules set for the Drivers.

What you'll do day in day out

The Supply Operations Lead is responsible for the whole Supply (Drivers) team management from the demand planning, till recruiting, resource allocation, performance management, feedbacks and terminations.

At the same time, he / she will be responsible for the onboarding & training, productivity, etc. He will also be expected to manage the work-force planning for our rapidly growing driver pool.

Also, this skilled leader must have a strong business and operations acumen, in order to partner with the rest of the team members like the Fleet Lead, HR Members and etc.

  • Design, implement and oversee processes for
  • a) recruiting & onboarding of drivers
  • b) managing driver schedules and maintain schedules.
  • c) onboarding and training new drivers joining the company.
  • d) managing driver qualification files, onboarding / off-boarding, recovery etc
  • e) work-force planning following the business growth.
  • Serve as the point person for relationships with the drivers and the team leaders for any operational issue, demand and etc.
  • Analyze the fleet growth and plan the hiring actions together with the HR and the recruiting machine
  • Analyze the driver’s data, produce reports and identify actionable insights to be shared with senior management.
  • Collaborate with distributed stakeholders to execute on Driver-related programs
  • Create Standard operating procedures in key operational areas to increase business operational efficiency
  • What you need to have

  • 5 years of experience leading big operative teams.
  • Experience in managing staff, service contractors and other vendors.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong process orientation.
  • Great financial and operational analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • English fluency (oral & written)
