A Security Service Delivery Leader (SDL), will be accountable for all managed security services being delivered to DXC supported accounts.

This client facing role will lead client security management and act as the DXC account security lead for all security services on these accounts.

The SDL will operate as a trusted advisor in the organization, working with DXC account leadership, senior management, and client security management focusing specifically on security environment in relation to client business objectives.

The SDL helps to maintain contracted cybersecurity provided services and be the liaison to the greater Security Operations Center (SOC) resources that provide the services to the end clients.

This work includes providing status on service requests and project status, while leading applicable incident management, problem management, and new business onboarding / transformation.

The SDL will be responsible to work with the SOC to provide data and metrics for supported services and present metrics to the end client on a recurring basis.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Lead Security operational services contracted for each supported account
  • Dedicated or Shared (Industry)
  • Multi-3rd party services interaction between the SOC, client contracted vendors, any DXC 3rd party
  • Participate and promote new DXC Security offerings to the account team and client
  • Work with the account team and technical engineering group to maintain client documentation
  • Manage security service requests and custom reporting concerns to the SOC and offering teams
  • Provide delivery of security metrics and reporting in support of contractual commitment
  • Act as the first point of escalation and incident manager for the customer owning queries or issues through to resolution, including the provision of RCA reports
  • Customer engagement to optimize service availability and capacity management
  • Provide and promote continuous improvement strategies
  • Maintain SLA delivery and reporting
  • Management the Security budget and billing of the supported accounts
  • Lead security service towers for services delivered on each account
  • Work with Security service owners on all service requirements and reporting
  • Ensure that audit and compliance support and or work in that space is being conducted by the appropriate DXC team or partner
  • Education and Experience Required :

  • At least 5 years’ experience working in a support organization in a security or technical delivery role
  • Bachelor or master degree in Computer Science, Computer Studies, Information Security (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Knowledge of the security and auditing regulations is a plus
  • Excellent and effective communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in diverse, multi-national and virtual environments
  • Self-motivated and tenacious
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and integrity
  • Ability to work with and lead multiple technical teams to achieve and maintain operational level agreements
  • Advanced English
  • Preferred skills

  • Experience in an enterprise sized outsourcing business or 5+ years in industry vertical
  • CISSP certification, CISM / CISA or CRISC a plus
