Job Description

With annual sales for 309 MDD in Mexico, Novartis Mexico has signed 06 agreements with Healthcare Institutes to provide High Specialty treatments to patients for improve and extend their lives.

  • Single point of contact and subject matter expert for the People & Organization function to manage the talent strategy.
  • Define and deploy talent effectiveness by integrating Integrate BU talent acquisition requirements; deploying functional talent development actions and aligning BU accountabilities, coordinate and assess performance management process.
  • Provide consultancy and design Change Management plans for core BU initiatives and organization's priorities.
  • Facilitate business processes improvement. Coordinate alignment and communication needs among BU.
  • Ensure implementation of guidelines in all P&O Processes according to NFCM, CLS and Compliance requirements and act as Values and Behaviors and Code of Conduct custodian.
  • Supervise action plans directed to improve individual and group opportunities detected with PMP in Mexico. e. Coordinate and conduct annual Organizational & Talent Review, as well as Talking Talent and Talking Development sessions in Mexico with SEC and in scope associates.
  • Implement and promote the Culture aspirations and principles accross the Leadership team.
  • Minimum requirements

  • University degree. Advanced degree and / or specialization in HR desirable.
  • Fluent English / Local country language
  • Significant (5-7 years) experience in P&O at a large organization, and a clear record of leading HR processes that maximize employee hiring, retention, and satisfaction levels.
  • Working with commercial areas desirable or large size BU support (more than 150 people)
  • High degree of results-orientation and ability to execute while multitasking.
