What will be the main challenge of the position :
We are looking for a Organizational and Development Supervisor , located in our Tepotzotlán Plant responsible to Develop and implement the strategy to engage the employees considering as key actions : evaluation performance, labor environment, succession plans, organizational talent model and the events for the workers.
Main activities :
Be an advisor for the management team, to define the main KPIS for the plant and the several positions and help them to clarify the goals and measurements.
Track the KPIS and propose countermeasures.
Develop the 9blocks strategy. (Develop and retain).
Perform an internal great place to work to know company opportunity areas and develop an action plan to start the strategy to apply for the great place to work recognition.
Analyze the engagement information at the system (AON) to perform an action plan.
Develop the material for the soft skills courses and give the training.
Trak the annual evaluation performance. At the beginning of the year the new goals, at the middle of the year the half year evaluation performance, and at the end of the year the annual results.
Implement the Driv Talent Model.
Develop the measurement for the HR Internal customer service rate and the action plan to have a satisfaction rate for the employees.
Audits approval : IATF, BMW, Audi and ZF.
Review the HR Budget to achieve the EBITDA and cash flow. (Company goals)
What is the experience you need to have for the job :
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or similar.
Fully Bilingual, English-Spanish
Auto parts experience, handling 1000 employee HC. 80% union workers.
5 years as Organizational and development Head.
Organizational development : Engagement surveys, 9blocks, Communication, KPIS and Evaluation performance.
Mexican Nom 35 Psychologic and Social factors.
