You will participate to the adventure of the birth of a new manufacturing plant as this missions is based in our new Mexican Plant in Queretaro.

You will contribute to all HR activities in Mexico and USA with a particular expertise and focus on the HR information management system I-

Progess, where the HR Talent Management Specialist is the central reference in terms of data management, design, process and promotion across the Region

Your main missions will be :

HRIS Project Management :

  • Optimize utilization of all I-Progress modules in collaboration with central talent team and regions
  • Organise module trainings for local HRs and employees
  • Run and administrate I-Progress key processes (PDR, LPR, Training, Compensation, Onboarding and recruitment)
  • Develop the local training catalogue together with Manager and Local HRs
  • Finalize the implementation of payroll interface
  • Assure clean data management rules
  • HRIS Admin Management :

  • Leader of local campaign Launches, admin and control
  • Guardian of data quality in I-Progress Asia-Pacific
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes in I-Progress (lessons learned) : PDR Process, LPR process, job role catalogue & grading adjustments, LMS
  • Talent Management

    Contribute in running of HR processes (people review, performance review) :

  • Analyse HR processes results and trend
  • Participate in the monitoring and follow up of talent pool (succession plans, development plans )

    You are graduated from an Business or Engineering School (Master degree) specialized in Human resources

    You have a 1st experience in a HR function within an international environnement (trainee, intern )

    Perfect English level, your knowledge of Spanish will be a plus.

    First experience with HR IT system will be higly appreciated.

    Over all, you are enthusiastic, proactive and rigorous. You have strong abilities to analysis and synthesize capabilities.

    Your excellent relationship skills lead to a clear and structured spoken and written communication.
