YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate the deployment and implementation of BRPMS in the different areas and different shifts of BRP Mexico;
Planning with the Tools owners (Managers, Supervisors, Engineers, Foremen), the activities, deployment strategies in the different areas, ensure the respective follow up of the owner's plan;
Support the performance of the agent in the deployment and the integration of the new BRPMS tools (Technical and soft).
In collaboration with the area responsible, contributes in the improvements, and help in the implementation and its administration;
Ensure, participate and support the agent in the implementations, building with the responsible of the areas a plan which will includes the communication plan that supports the deployment plan;
Coach and support the agent on the learning competencies. specifically, identify the competencies to be developed, Build the development plans and evaluate the acquired knowledge;
Develop and provide the necessary training to the agent as to integrate the philosophy and Tools to be deployed. The person must be able to develop, learn and comprehend the different Tools and themes through the lecture, benchmark, etc. Develop and train
Any other task o responsibility assigned by his / her superior.
Perform activities related to safety.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Degree in Industrial Engineering / Technical career and experience on pertinent discipline.
3 years minimum experience in Manufacturing Co. One of them using the Manufacturing Tools or its implementation.
Bilingual English Spanish 100%
