The Customer Helpline Agent position has been designed to provide assistance for the different areas to our Partners and Customers in the United States working through phone and email.
As an esential element of the Company, part of your tasks will be : Providing a kind service to solve issues and providing a quick solution for our parters and customers while our customers enjoy the interaction with you.
Tracking and solving issues, such as deliveries, payments as answering customer questions by email, phone while providing an excellent customer service.
Manage a quality process and working the systems and resources to ensure positive outcomes. Keep a fluent communication between customers and agents in the english languaje.
Abilities and Requirements for this position : Be at least 18 years old Secondary School Diploma or Equivalent Basic Computer Skills Schedule Availability To complete a training of : 7 : 00 a.
m. - 16 : 00 p.m. / 11 : 00 a.m. - 8 : 00 p.m. / 4 : 00 p.m. - 01 : 00 a.m. What we offer : -Base Salary $6,000.00 monthly by working 40 hours per week -Bonus up to $1,800 -Saving Fund of $480.
