As a Program Manager for Procurement you will be responsible for a range of activities, including :

  • Working with IT Project Teams on Procurement projects
  • Provide guidance on sourcing and procurement processes.
  • Manage involvement of procurement SMEs on IT projects
  • Act as liason between procurement team and IT project team
  • Program reporting and preparation of materials for leadership report out
  • Monitor and track activities owned by procurement team on IT projects
  • Identification and management of risks and issues relating to planned projects and projects
  • YOU MUST HAVE

    Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration.

    Proven experience managing supply chain operations.

    Experience using supply chain management software and tools, including Oracle, SAP Ariba, and / or Envision.

    In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).

    Management and leadership skills.

    Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

    Highly organized and detail-oriented.

    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Advanced level of English language

    Effectively demonstrates ability to deliver on complex situations or problems without guidance or supervision.

    Ability to prioritize, influence and work with cross-functional global teams

    Knowledge in IT process development and implementation and experience in project management tools and techniques

    Ability to foster good relationships, work independently and in collaboration with global teams
