Purpose Statement : Ensure Company and staff are provided with equity conditions, industrial and environmental safety, guarantee medical service is provided as well as ensure compliance with federal, state and municipal legislation.
Key Job Accountabilities : Ensure company complies with the applicable legislation in each category (environmental, industrial and patrimonial).
Maintain Environmental Management System.* Receive and respond customer s audits and inspections.* Administer, coordinate and supervise his staff.
Coordinate the Disaster Business Recovery Plan.* Accountable to execute on Plexus' Best People strategy, leaders will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning and ensuring that their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.
Additional Accountabilities : Prepare annual work plans for each area (Industrial, Environmental, Heritage and Medical Services) and ensure compliance.
Validate and authorize Preventive Health Campaigns.* Prepare annual budget and track down monthly compliance.* Communicate with authorities of three levels of government, customers, service providers and external consultants.
Participate on EHS corporate monthly meetings.* Prepare monthly metrical reports and send to staff.* Review and approve service contracts.
Support in migration projects and ensure compliance with industrial, environmental and labor safety measures.* Minimal travel may be required to meet the needs of the business.
Additional duties as assigned. Education / Experience Qualifications : A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required; a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration is preferred.
Four (4) years of related experience is required; Four (4) or more years of related experience is preferred.* Environmental and Industrial Safety Regulations Knowledge.
An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.
